Jeremy Ranch Golf and Country Club takes pride in adding the personal touch to make your event special. Our onsite Event Manager can organize any type of function, keeping your budget and style in mind. The clubhouse features rooms to accommodate both small and large events. Inside, our scenic Canyon Room can seat up to 150 and outside, our brand new Club Courtyard is the perfect setting for a ceremony. Event Planning Guidelines

  • Venue Spaces & Capacity
    • Canyon Room 
      Indoor banquet space with full length windows on three sides allowing for gorgeous views of east canyon!
      Max of 120 guests at full rounds;
      80 guests with dance floor. 
      *capacity may increase pending setup

      Club Courtyard
      Outdoor space including event lawn with paved area and overhead bistro lighting.
      Max of 175 guests (no weather backup) 
      120 guests and under - option to add weather backup in Canyon Room.

      Ceremony Lawn
      Outdoor grass lawn overlooking 18 green with backdrop views of east canyon. Includes seating for 120 guests (max). 

      Bridal Suite
      Located on the lower level, adjacent to the ladies locker room/restroom area.
      Convenient to the Canyon Room or the Club Courtyard.
      Private area for dressing, hair and makeup and storage of items.
      Complimentary use of suite with all booked weddings! 
  • Guarantee & Cancellations
    • In order to reserve a date at our venue, a retainer of $500 for non-wedding events and $1,000 for wedding/receptions is due at the time of booking. A signed date hold event contract is also due at the time of booking in order to secure the date. Cancellation within 120 days of the event  date is 50% refundable. Cancellation within 90 days of the event date will result in the forfeiture of your retainer. Additional fees may be retained if non-refundable for outsourced staffing, vendors or pre-ordered event items. 

  • Food & Beverage Guidelines
    • All food and beverages consumed on the site must be purchased from Jeremy Ranch Golf & Country Club, with the exception of “theme” desserts such as a birthday cake, etc. Leftovers may not be taken off the premises due to health regulations.

      A service charge of 21%, as well as all applicable sales taxes, will be added to all event invoice balances. Payment in full is required seven (7) business days prior to the event date unless other arrangements have been made. Any incidental charges will be due at the completion of your event. All Utah State liquor laws, including but not limited to drinking age, will be observed and enforced, and JRGCC staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone on the basis of such laws. Further, any guest attempting to serve alcohol in violation of Utah State liquor laws or JRGCC’s policies will be asked to leave the premises. Our policy prohibits alcoholic beverages from being brought on or removed from the JRGCC premises with the exception of approved wine. JRGCC personnel must administer all liquor service.

  • Menu Selection
    • Preliminary Guest Count At time of estimate/proposal
      Final Menu Selection/Tasting 90 days prior to event date
      Final Guest Count 14 days prior to event date

      Once final guest count is received, it may not be decreased. Billing based on the final guest count or the actual guests present, whichever is greater.   A 15% surcharge will be added to items in order to accommodate additional guests or food added after the guarantee date, and will be charged on the card on file. Buffets are prices per person and have a minimum billing requirement of 25 guests; All buffets are set as “single pass” buffets which accounts for one plate serving per guest. Buffets may be increased to a “multi-pass” buffet with billing at 1.5 times the guest count.

  • Beverage & Bar Services
    • Bar Setup Fee: $200 per bar, includes 1 bartender for max of 3 hours. Additional hour/bartender is $50/hour.
      Minimum of 1 bartender required per 75 guests (with bar services).   

      OPTIONS:
      Option to set as a House Bar, Premium Bar or Full Bar. 
       
      Non-Host Bar: Bar setup fee paid by the host.  Consumption paid by guests.
       
      Limited Host Bar:  Bar may be hosted up to a pre-determined limit then switch to non-host bar.
       
      Signature Drink Hosted: Only selected drinks are hosted. Option for full bar set for non-host purchases.
       
      Beer & Wine Hosted: Only beer and wine are hosted. Option for full bar set for non-host purchases.
       
      Single Item Hosted: Limited bar set for only one selection ie: Champagne Bar, Moscow Mule Bar, Bloody Mary Bar, Wine Bar.
       
      Custom Bar Set: May request to limit premium options if hosted.  May request no shots for hosted or non-hosted.  

      Host Provided Wine: Unopened bottles (no liquor or champagne) may be brought in for an event. Must be pre-approved and included in event contract. Corkage fee applies at $15.00 (750ml) and $25.00 (1500ml) per bottle.  

      Keg Beer: Keg beer (half or full) may be requested and will be billed at per 12 oz./glass rate less 10%. Subject to delivery/vendor availability. Must be pre-ordered and included in event contract.  

      Utah DABC rules and regulation as well as Utah state laws apply.  
      Tax and 21% service fee applies to all bar options.

  • Sales Tax & Service Charge
    • All services provided by Jeremy Ranch Golf & Country Club are subject to a 21% service charge. All food, beverage, and service charges are subject to Utah State Restaurant Tax (8.45%). Miscellaneous fees are subject to Utah State Sales Tax (7.45%).
