Social or Fitness Membership Terms and Conditions
By submitting this application with signature, the signor agrees to be bound by and accepts the terms
and stipulations as set forth and/or as amended in the By-Laws of Jeremy Ranch Golf and Country
Club (or referred to as the Club) and all rules and regulations enacted by the Governing Board of
Jeremy Ranch Golf and Country Club regarding privileges associated with a Social Membership; Authorizes Jeremy Ranch Golf and County Club to obtain credit
card authorization to establish the validity of their credit card as a basis to open a Social Membership account with Jeremy Ranch Golf and Country Club (if applicable).
Memberships require a minimum term of 12 active months with option to cancel membership with a 30
day notice. Membership cancellations may only occur on June 30 or December 31 each year.
Membership renewal and billing will automatically occur after the 12 month terms have been met and
will continue to process unless a termination request is received.
Social Membership allows you and your immediate family, which includes your
spouse/partner and dependent children living at your residence under age 18, use of the golf shop
and dining facilities. Social Members have the privilege of bringing guests to the Club.
Guests are not permitted the use of the Club facilities unless they are accompanied by a member.
All food and beverage purchases (by default) will be billed to the membership account. To pay with a
credit card at the time of service, you must inform your server and present your credit card.
Tax and 18% service fee is added to all regular food & beverage purchases; service staff receives a
percentage of the service fee (not full service fee). Special event service fee is 21%. Optional gratuity
is permitted; cash tipping is permitted.
By submitting this application with signature, the signor agrees and accepts full and complete responsibility for any and all charges made on their Social Membership account.
Charging Golf Shop merchandise to your membership account is not permissible.
All golf shop merchandise sales must be paid for at the time of purchase.
Social Members are required to include credit card information to be set up in our EZ Pay
billing system. A monthly statement (with charges from the previous month and monthly dues for the
current month) will be emailed to you on or near the 1st of each month and the balance due for each
month will be processed on or near the 15th of the month. If the credit card transaction is denied the
member account will be suspended, pending a full payment and updated valid credit card account
number is supplied. Online payments are permitted, however, they do not change the EZ pay card on
file; updates to the EZ pay card on file must be submitted to the Club business office.
Social Membership privileges do not include access to the golf course, practice facilities, or
reciprocal clubs, fitness center or nordic track. Social members may play as a guest of a Golfing Privileges member in
accordance with our guest policies.
Jeremy Ranch Golf and Country Club reserves the right to terminate Social Membership
privileges for conduct unbecoming by a Club member, account delinquency and any other reason
deemed appropriate by the Board of Governors. If the membership account is terminated, all fees
paid are non-refundable and the account may be billed full amount required to fulfill original term
agreement.
