Chef James “Jim” Duehlmeier began his cooking career in 1984 at Hotel Utah. Chef Jim’s talent in cooking has taken him to kitchens in some very cool places such as Caneel Bay, St. John USVI, The British West Indies, Cape Cod and Jenny Lake lodge in Jackson Wyoming. Chef is no strange to the Country Club setting as he has worked at various clubs including Roaring Gap Club in North Carolina, Salt Lake Country Club, Willow Creek, Oakridge and Ogden Country Club!
Jim is from the Salt Lake City area and has two sons, Dylan (20) and Sam (10). As the Executive Chef, he doesn’t get too much free time but when he does he enjoys watching his kids play hockey! He also enjoys outdoor activities including fly fishing, camping and golf. Chef’s favorite food is sushi. |
