The Jeremy Golf and Country Club would like to thank you for showing an interest in becoming a shareholder of our private club. The following is a compilation of answers to our most commonly asked questions.
1. The Jeremy Golf and Country Club is a Utah corporation. Club Bylaws limit the number of equity memberships to a maximum of 375. Family, Individual, Business and Family Non-Resident shareholderships are available. Social Memberships are also available. 2. Monthly membership dues break down:
Family & Business Individual
2010 operational dues: $419.00 $335.20
2010 capital expenditure fee: $ 31.00 $ 24.80
Total dues/cap ex fee $450.00 $360.00
(Monthly dues include member greens, cart and range fees.)
3. Food and beverage patronage minimum plan options for family, business and individual shareholderships:
Annual $1,000.00 May – December
2 Four Month Quad Periods $400.00 1st Period May – August
$400.00 2nd Period September – December
A portion of certain Club sponsored functions, and the base amount (excluding tax and gratuity) of purchases made in the Grille, Pier Bar, Beverage Cart and Mid Mountain Snack Shack all apply to your food and beverage minimum. The food portion of privately held banquet functions will be applied toward your minimum not to exceed 50% of your requirement.
4. Initial membership fee:
Family & Individual $10,000.00
Business (Primary) $15,000.00
Additional Designee (limit 4) $ 5,000.00
5. Exiting membership fee:
Member of Record before March 9, 2010 $6,500.00 or 25% of sale price, whichever is greater.
Member of Record after March 9, 2010 Membership initiation fee is non-refundable.
6. The Club has activities for the whole family. The Jeremy Ladies’ and Men’s Associations are active year round. There are varous golf, social, and holiday events throughout the year. Golf activities include: couples golf events, mini member-guest tournaments, major Club championships, junior clinics, as well as many other special events.
7. Club storage, club repair, annual locker rental and other specialty services are available for appropriate fees. Our club storage is currently full. Please be advised that there is a waiting list.
8. Members are allowed to bring family and non-family guests to the Club in accordance with Club bylaws and membership classifications, with the payment of the current guest rates. Any one non-qualified family guest or any non-family guest may play a maximum of eight times per year and a maximum of one time per week except for out-of-town guests who may play consecutively during the week. Special rates will apply to qualified family guests.
9. A dress code is enforced at the Club. Members must wear appropriate golf attire on the golf course. Soft spike golf shoes are required.
